SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9511 belongs to high molecular polymer hyperdispersant containing acid group polyester structure.

FEATURES:

9511 has excellent viscosity reduction effect and is helpful to improve the leveling, gloss and fullness of the system. This product has high molecular weight and excellent wettability. Compared with small molecule wetting dispersants, it has excellent ability to prevent back coarsening. It is suitable for various polar systems, especially in medium and high polar systems with excellent effect. It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material on the pigment filler, improve fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time. This product also has excellent anti-settling ability, for inorganic pigment fillers, especially titanium dioxide, it has excellent viscosity reduction and dispersion ability. It can be used for grinding high titanium dioxide content of the color paste, greatly increasing the storage stability of the color paste. The product also has excellent wetting and dispersing effect on inorganic pigments such as matting powder and iron oxide. The pigment affinity group of the dispersant is an acidic compound, so it will not react with the acid catalyst in the coil steel system and affect the performance of the coating.

APPLICATIONS

9511 has excellent wetting and dispersing effect on inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, matting powder and iron oxide. It can be used in coil coatings. It is suitable for solvent-based coatings such as two-component polyurethane, alkyd, acrylate, polyester and amino baking paint.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

For excellent performance, it should be added to the abrasive before dispersion or added to the system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.

According to the amount of different use systems, for inorganic pigments, the addition amount is 8-10% of the effective part of the dispersant to the pigment OA (oil absorption) value (the addition amount is 3-4% of the amount of titanium dioxide, 5-10% for other inorganic pigments), the specific amount is subject to the test.
