SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9553 is a high molecular block polyester lactone copolymer solution containing pigment affinity groups, which is an excellent hyperdispersant.

FEATURES:

9553 has excellent ability to prevent back coarsening. It can greatly extend the storage stability of the grinding paste, significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material to the pigment and filler, reduce the viscosity of the system, improve the fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time. This product has good compatibility, especially suitable for grinding high-pigment carbon black and organic pigments as well as can greatly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the pigment load. It is suitable for medium and high polarity system, and has good compatibility and matching with commonly used coating resin. It has good versatility in coating system and can be used for solvent-based coatings such as two-component polyurethane, alkyd, acrylic ester, polyester, amino baking paint, etc.

APPLICATIONS

9553 is suitable for PU, NC, PE, oil-based epoxy, baking paint, automotive paint, high-grade industrial paint, epoxy floor, coating, coil paint, wood paint, graphite and carbon fiber, etc. This product is a non-flammable chemical.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

For excellent performance, it should be added to the abrasive before dispersion or added to the color paste system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.

Titanium dioxide (3%-5%), inorganic pigments (5%-10%); Organic pigments (20%-60%BET value); Ordinary carbon black (30%-60%); High pigment carbon black (80%-150%); Matting powder (10%-20%). The specific dosage is subject to the test.
