SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9243 is a high molecular polymer dispersant, the main component is polycarboxylic acid amine salt.

FEATURES:

9243 can significantly increase gloss, reduce viscosity, has excellent storage stability, cost-effective. It has good wetting and dispersing effect on various inorganic pigment and fillers. It is suitable for solvent-based coating system, and also has good dispersing and stabilizing effect on organic pigment and carbon black. It do not decompose in high temperature baking, which make it be used in the baking paint system stable. In long time storage process, turbidity or sediment may occur, meanwhile, due to its unsaturated polymer chain characteristics, long-term storage will lead to color deepening, but the using performance is not affected. This product is also suitable for the preparation of organic bentonite pre-gel. It can be used for all kinds of primer and finish paint, heavy anticorrosive finish, atomic ash etc.

APPLICATIONS

9243 is suitable for alkyd paint, acrylic paint, nitro paint, phenolic paint, chlorinated rubber paint, epoxy paint, amino paint, polyurethane paint, polyester paint and other systems. It is used for dispersing various pigment systems, extremely versatile.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

For best performance, the additive should be added slowly (with mixing) to the grinding resin/cosolvent or emulsion resin mixture.

Generally, the total formula amount is 0.2~1.0%, or the amount of inorganic pigment filler is 1.0%~5.0%.

SHELF LIFE：

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
